Wildlife calls at the door of Maramboi Tented Lodge. Zebras, giraffes, warthogs, gazelles. You could see them appear between the palm trees from the terrace of your exclusive tent, from the swimming pool whilst enjoying a cool drink after a walk with a Maasai guide or whilst you enjoy a delicious dinner under the stars. Situated in the ecosystem of lake Manyara, in fields of golden vegetation, Maramboi Tented Camp brings together premium services, exclusive attentions and genuine hospitality in a spectacular scene.
Hand plaited thatched roof tops, ample verandas and colonial interiors at Ngorongoro Farm House, a small and exclusive hotel built on a 500 acre coffee plantation, all of which has been designed to take you to the comfort and style of past times. Take a walk around the farm to contemplate the daily activities, relax in the fragrant gardens or enjoy the spectacular sunsets with the Oldeani volcano as a backcloth.
Kubu Kubu is strategically located to ensure that all areas of the Serengeti are within reach of our guests, including legendary locations like the famous Maasai kopjes, the Museum of Olduvai Gorge, Seronera and the Grumeti River. It has been designed with a modern African decorative style that creates a fresh and bright atmosphere, but very cozy and with the right amount of luxury. Guests can attend to the show of the Great Migration from the comfort of their tents.
Mara Under Canvas is close to the river Mara where each year enormous columns of wildebeest cross the river, negotiating the jaws of the hungry crocodiles, in order to get to the pastures on the other side in what could be considered the climax of the Great Migration. This luxury temporary camp is open from June to November. It allows visitors to be in the proximity of the Great Migration and to be able to explore remote areas and the beautiful settings of Seregenti with a large amount of resident fauna. The camp has only ten double tents and a family tent which assures the intimacy and exclusivity of this intense experience.
Rivertrees is a charming country estate that was once an old coffee farm, and still retains the nostalgic air of a well-loved homestead. Sprawling ten acres of fertile greenery, the grounds are a natural extension of Mt Meru’s sloping foothills, and offer a sanctuary for the birds and wildlife indigenous to the area. Set in the heart of an area rich in nature reserves, montane forests and vibrant village culture, the scope for exploration is endless.
